1. Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Forecast Adjustments on the Salesforce Mobile App: You can now access your forecasting from anywhere in the world. In Spring ‘21 release, users get the ability to view and make adjustments to forecasting using the Salesforce mobile app.
- High-Velocity Sales for Opportunities: This will leverage sales cadences on any top sales object, at any stage of the sales cycle or deal. You can also track and engage directly and automatically on Lead, Contact, Opportunity, Account, or Person Account records using the best practice steps from Sales Cadences.
- Salesforce Maps Field Safety Kit: Other than the COVID trend data layer, which is already available to customers, more features in this segment will be available to you. Now, you can prepare for site visits with in-field safety questionnaire templates triggered for review by the account executive.
2. Salesforce Service Cloud
- Einstein Recommendation Builder: You can create custom recommendation models, combining any two objects to drive recommendations that improve CSAT, revenue, and more.
- Field Service: Appointment Assistant: This service allows customers to know when help is on the way, which results in increasing customer engagement and transparency.
- This feature removes the four-hour wait window and gives customers real-time updates through SMS or a self-service portal, whatever they like.
3. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Interaction Studio- Real-time triggers for journey builder: This allows you to create segments in real-time based on the actions your customers and visitors take on a website. You can activate these segments in Journey Builder to present real-time, 1-to-1 content based on affinities.
Sandbox for Datorama: This gives admins the ability to test their setup configurations and data changes in an isolated development environment that’s always in sync with production.
Pardot: With Pardot: Campaign Cloning, you can save time and boost efficiency with reusable marketing assets. Also, you can now effortlessly clone landing pages, forms, form handlers, and links related to a campaign.
4. Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- The ultimate payment solution: With Commerce Cloud Payments, you can deliver fast, flexible, and elegant checkout experiences that support credit cards, mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also receive payments from non-card methods such as SEPA, iDEAL, and BanContact they are all with fraud protection.
- Disputed Order Management: You can now fulfill orders faster, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction by using dynamic order routing flows to fulfill orders from the best location.
- Also, Disputed Order Management provides merchants with configurable fulfillment workflows that can dynamically minimize order splits and route orders from the closest location.
5. Platform and Apps
Customer 360 Privacy Center Enhancements: Easily sync your consent data across multiple records using a single API to simultaneously update or write consent for multiple matching records.
Also, you can automatically create an individual record and connect multiple related records to it.
Salesforce Shield for Surveys: Now you can protect sensitive data collected in Surveys with native encryption, helping you to meet regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you can ensure that the data is encrypted from Salesforce users, including admins.
Dynamic Actions Enhancements: In Spring ‘21, Dynamic Actions is now available for additional objects and mobile. Harness the power of Dynamic Actions on Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and cases for Lightning Experience Desktop. And Custom Objects in the Lightning on Mobile app.
LWC: Local Development Enhancements: With this feature, developers can now make changes to their LWCs and immediately see those changes rendered in a browser or a mobile emulator, without pushing to a Salesforce org.
6. Salesforce Integration
MuleSoft Composer for Salesforce: With this, non-developers who own key parts of the customer journey can use simple clicks, no-code solution to unlock data, integrate apps, and automate business processes.
Two New MuleSoft Accelerators: The new MuleSoft Accelerator for SAP enables customers to unlock data from SAP and connect it to applications like Salesforce.
Multi-factor Authentication: Anypoint Platform: This protects your data from something the user knows, such as login credentials or something he has, such as verification methods.
7. Analytics
Tableau Prep Builder in the Browser: This lets you prep your data from wherever you have access to a browser. This brings the data prep process into one integrated platform on the web.
Tableau CRM: Dashboard Components & Data Prep Enhancements: Dashboard components allow you to build dynamic dashboards with reusable widgets that saves your time and efforts. Data Prep Enhancement stores descriptions of top predictors and improvements in your datasets with the new predict node in the data prep.
