Have you ever faced the challenge of keeping track of deals and revenue accurately in your Salesforce system?

One common issue that many organizations encounter is the manual effort required to update the Opportunity StageName when a deal is closed.

So, if you are looking to update the Opportunity StageName to “Closed-Won” when the Conga e-sign process is complete, this blog is just for you!

By following the steps mentioned in the blog, you can track deals and revenue within the system accurately. So, let’s begin!!

Steps to Follow

Step 1: First We have to create an opportunity.

Step 2: Add a product to the opportunity object.

Step 3: To send, Click the Button in the opportunity right corner Send With Conga Sign.

Step 4: Opportunity Stage is a contract -Sent.

An opportunity object is created and products are added to the opportunity Related List.

Step 5. After this Process is Completed then we will send Document for signing with Conga

This is the process to send Document and sign Document With Conga

Step 6: After this step is Complete We redirect to the Email and sign Document.

This Email will be sent to those who created the conga sign Process and signed the Document

Now, This process is complete. We check whether the conga sign Status is Complete or not

We can Check Conga Sign Transaction Status is Complete

Step 7: Write a flow on the opportunity to stage is closed won when conga sign transaction is complete

  • Navigate to the “Process Automation” menu in Salesforce.
  • Click on “Record Trigger Flows” and then “New Flow”.
  • Choose the “Record-Triggered Flow” option.
  • Give your flow a name and select the object you want to trigger the flow on (in this case, Opportunity).
  • Choose the “When a record is created or edited” option as the flow trigger.
  • Add a condition element and set the criteria to “Conga Sign Transaction Status equals

Step 8: Add an update element and set the fields to update as “Opportunity StageName equals Closed-Won”.

Step 9: Save the flow and activate it.

That’s it! Now, whenever a Conga Sign Transaction Status is completed for an Opportunity record, the StageName field will automatically be set to “Closed-Won”.
