Scheduled reports: You can now retrieve, view, and share a detailed analysis of your data in multiple output formats such as CSV, Excel, Table, Pivot, and PDFs.
2. Customer 360 Audiences Enhancements
With this release, you can deliver personalized experiences to your customers that they love! The updates in Customer 360 Audiences, customer data platform (CDP) allow new ways to enhance your customer profile. The features in this update are;
Calculated Insights: Your team of Marketers and Analysts can now improve the customer profiles with insights calculated from customer data.
Web Tag and Mobile SDK: This allows you to boost customer profiles with owned web and mobile behavioral data.
Integration with Loyalty Management: Loyalty Management allows you to build intelligent, personalized loyalty programs for your customers, whether they are B2B or B2C.
Realtime Profile API and Data Query API: Other than that, you get surface profile data from Customer 360 Audiences which help to personalize, analyze, and business intelligence use
3. WhatsApp chat messaging
More than 2 billion people use WhatsApp all across the world. Also, it has become one of the most looked after channels for many businesses these days.
The integration of Marketing Cloud with WhatsApp allows you to send transactional and session messages using the channel. Also, this helps you with seamless onboarding, keyword detection for automated messages and gives you an omnichannel experience.
