Puma India is gaining the competitive edge with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

PUMA India is ramping up its customer experience with Salesforce’s Commerce Cloud. World’s number one CRM platform, Salesforce announced that PUMA India is partnering up to leverage its Commerce Cloud to deliver a world-class customer experience to its customers.

Jackson Fernandez, Associate Director and Head of B2C E-commerce at Puma India said, “E-commerce has always been a big priority for us at Puma and we embarked on this journey many years ago. In the current situation, online is of course a more convenient option for consumers to shop. The new normal has also catapulted the number of first-time online shoppers.”

With the recent pandemic outbreak, while the smaller businesses are shifting online, larger businesses like PUMA are aiming to deliver an unmatched online customer experience to its digitally-savvy consumers, ensuring to reflect its high-quality in-store presence.

That’s why we are proud that PUMA has chosen Salesforce Commerce Cloud to enable their teams to deliver a truly 24/7 online customer experience.”
