The HubSpot Salesforce integration allows you to pass data between HubSpot and Salesforce seamlessly, and maintain consistency between your marketing and sales teams.

Steps to Integrate HubSpot With Salesforce

For this integration demonstration, we are using the Developer Account.
So, let’s first create a Developer Account on Hubspot.

  • To create a developer account click on “Create App Developer account”.
  • After that, you have to create a test account in HubSpot. To create that account click on “Manage test accounts”.

  • After that click on “Create app test account”.

  • Now click on your created account.

  • After that click on “Marketspace” and click on “App Marketplace”.

  • Now in the search box type Salesforce and Install App.

  • After clicking on the Install app we have to log in to our Salesforce org.

  • After clicking on log in to salesforce button we have to log in to our salesforce org and allow access.

Note:- We have to install this app for all the users.

  • Here we want to click on “Start the salesforce package installation to begin”.

  • And after some moments, the Hubspot app will be installed in your org.

  • After the installation and login process, we have to come back to our Hubspot setup tab. Here we have the choice of data sync settings in that phase we choose the Recommended setup and click the Next button.

  • Now you have one window interface, here we have to click on Contacts.

  • On that page, we have to give some permission to Hubspot like:-
  • Under the Creating and updating contacts
  • In HubSpot, we have to choose “Create or update the contact”.

  • In Hubspot, a contact will now be created or updated in Salesforce we will choose Create or update the contact.

  • After all the changes click on the Save button is showing on the Left-Bottom corner.
  • Now click on the Contacts which is in the Nav bar.

  • Now moving forward we have to create a contact in Hubspot and it shows on our org Contact record.

  • Now click on the Create contact button fill in the contact details and click on Save.

  • After some moment this contact is also created on our Salesforce org.
